 We utilize a state-of-the-art computer guided plasma-cutter to generate
pieces that are exactly what the customer wants.
The City of De Leon commissioned new signs
for the highway entrances to the city.
The 16' x 8' steel, all-welded, signs were
constructed with 1½" square tubing and 9 gauge expanded mesh—resulting in
a durable, wind-resistant "Welcome to De Leon".

This 48" diameter Welcome
sign is surrounded by a ½" steel "rope" rod—securely
welded to make a durable, long-life sign. |
All lettering and emblems are 12 gauge
steel, and premium quality acrylic paint was used to ensure long life.
Most of our pieces are cut from high quality
12 gauge steel — and we can cut heavier
stock—up to a ½" thick! Pieces are usually finished with a flat
black paint—other paint and colors are available. Electron Powder Coating is
also available.
